The hotel is one of the oldest in Las Vegas.....I stayed there with my parents over 50 years ago...enjoy the history.....If you have an opportunity, visit the Horseshoe and ask about the OLD Apache hotel which still operates on the east side of the Horseshoe. They have the first elevator still operating in Nevada. Well worth a visit..have fun !!!!!!
