I have received well over 200 mailings of chips from the US with only two thefts, one for sure was US postal the other were not sure about. I get monthly deliveries from LV and the cost is only $0.85 add in $0.12 for a bubble mailer and your still under a buck, hardly a factor, and the RCMP doesn't look at mail Canada Customs does.
