I don't know nothing about it.
BUT
Fuller lists it at 1410 E. 4th St open 12/10/41 to 1943. 21, craps, and roulette.

Many of Fullers listings come from County Tax Commission records as a fire at the White Horse Inn destroyed a lot of license records in the 50's.
The 1st modern day GCB records are 1955.

The attributed to on all the chips in TCR would be a red flag to me.
