already. Las Vegas style casino on the boardwalk and by then the 24 hour rule would (could) be change by the governement and people can just walk in. I guess they still will have to show a passport to get in, like in most of the European places. But at least you can get in the same moment...
ps Blackpool is a coast 'resort', only run down a bit and 'they' want to revive it
