DO NOT do business with Alexander Stein (aka Toutsuite on eBay), He was the winning bidder on my one eBay auction which closed on 06/11/01, I sent him a Winning Bidder notice plus a reminder and a telephone call, All of which he has NOT responded to and has NOT sent any payment. He does have one negative feedback from another eBay user for being delinquent on his payment and unfortunately for him he'll soon have another. I've been very patient with my eBay buyers all of whom lately seem to be taking their sweet time sending out payment to me and I really do not like giving negative feedback because the fear of receiving retaliatory negative feedback.

There is now a feature on eBay that allows sellers to block unwanted users, I suggest that you put Toutsuite on your block list and let Alexander know that his shenanigans will not be tolerated.
