When trying to pull past auctions of one Armin Koft, Schutzelberger Strasse 9, D-34466 Wortagen, Germany (eBay name: Harryhampster1_de / and variations of), I get a message saying that German Privacy Laws do not allow eBay to pass on information involving bidders from Germany. The message continues to say that if you want to find auctions a German bidder bid on, you are requested to contact the bidder directly.

The above person responds to e-mail regarding payment but has not paid for four (4) auctions. Payment is past due for more than 45-days. The same problem last year.

The last time I pulled the bidder's bidding history, the bidder had several negative feedbacks (all in German).
