Dick, I save the scanned image to my A drive. Say you save the image as "chip1" with a jpg extension. Then click on the "file upload" button at the top of the BB page. Then click on the "browse" button. Choose the file from your A drive titled "chip1". Then click on upload. Then go to post new message. Where it says Optional Image URL, type in
http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/chip1.jpg
