According to the front page of Saturday's edition of the North County Times, Casino Pauma has already had to lay off 25% of their staff after only 1 month. Along with being further out of the way on a not too safe road, the county board of supervisors has blocked their state approved liquor license. They will have a VERY difficult time competing with Pala. I wish them well, some of my friends went there to work in the poker room. I hope they don't decide the room would be 'better' used as a slot area. I guess I better get myself out there this week on a serious chip run. I'll post when I do.
