I noticed that the 8th edition of The Chip Rack states in Appendix C that there are 5 $8 chips in the book. I have found the following:

Palace Station
Regent
Four Queens Chinese New Year
Four Queens rack chip

Does anyone know where the 5th chip is from?

Also, someone posted on this board within the last few months a picture of an 8NCV chip from the Palace Station. This is not in the book. Does anyone know why?
