Two strange chips I got at the convention.

The blue one has $1.00 on the reverse, and "Las Vegas -A- Active" with a phone number on the obverse. Any ideas? Any local want to report on who answers this number?

I'm guessing the tan roulette has some testing or diagnostic purpose, maybe for an automatic chip sorter. I believe it's BudJones, but not sure. The inlay has a textured surface, not smooth like most BudJones.
