Posted about WinCard programs on an AOL travel board for LV that I read. Another poster wrote that he tried to sign up at the Aladdin but the cage couldn't honor his voucher. Seems some collector club in town that weekend had been to the cage before him and Aladdin had to discontinue the program due to lack of chips! Doh!
