Was driving by the Eureka on East Sahara on Monday and decided to stop to see what it was. Slots only, but pretty good video-poker and I did play for a couple of hours. Heard a PA announcement about a players club and asked the slot guy about it. He gave me a form to fill out and gave me this "card" in return. Obviously, it doesn't go into a slot on the machine. You give the number to the slot crew when you hit 400 coins or more and you get some kind of bonus. Think it's just t-shirts and coffee mugs but I didn't inquire further.

Now I have to decide how to display this one [g]. Size is about 2 1/4" long, and is punched for your key chain. How will you catalog this one, Pat??
