Hi Jim,

Having come very close to being burned for a couple thousand dollars on a few racks of mint CO chips--the seller would not disclose how many he had (actually mislead me by assuring me that he didn't have more racks when he did)--I can only say use caution. If I were you, I'd ask the seller what they want for all of the chips that they have, not some fraction of what they have. You need a much better feel for the number of chips available. If the seller has a couple boxes (or more), the value of the chips would fall substantially. Press for an accurate count before you spend any money, and ask more questions about how the seller came to possess them.
