....to Wayne and Belinda for a great convention;
to the Sandersons and Blancks who once again manned the registration table for the entire convention;
to Dick Allard who does a great job finding club stuff to sell so I spend money at the very first table I pass;
to Gene Trimble, Howdy Herz and Ed Hertel for their contributions to the illegal chipping seminar;
to Dick Covington for his terrific graphics and hard work on Chipology 201, and for the great poker tournament chips he designed;
to Ken Hallenbeck, Jim Reilly, C. T. Rodgers and Steve Rocchi for explaining and educating those in attendance about slabbing and its implications for the hobby;
to those in attendance at the slabbing seminar for maintaining courtesy and decorum throughout;
to Bruce Landau, Howdy and Kregg Herz and Jim Kruse for another great auction;
to Liz Conrad who gave me the forms I needed to fill out to stay out of jail in Nevada ;
to Archie Black for another COTY/TOTY;
to Kevin Reeves and Kevin Norris, who designed this year's club commemorative chip and tokens, respectively;
to Rich Burgel for his work as publicity chairman, which included at least two different TV spots during the convention;
to Mark Lighterman, who kept taking my picture - as well as those of many others at the convention;
to John Yee who helped Belinda with the terrific program, and who helped arrange for the Hard Rock chips;
to Mayor Oscar Goodman, Marty Rossi and Bob Stupak for entertaining us during our first annual awards dinner;
to the Hard Rock and Bourgonne et Grasset, who made chips available to all pre-registrants;
to the Aladdin, which donated playing cards for pre-registrants;
to the Union Plaza, Tropicana, and O'Shea's, all of which issued convention chips or tokens for our members;
to the many hardworking volunteers without whom an event such as the largest casino collectibles show in the world could not possibly take place.

It was a great show, and there was no one in attendance who failed to appreciate what you did.

Michael
