I DO think that they will have to make special equipment to slab chips. Even IF they don't there IS going to be SOME type of expense to start. I DOUBT if they will though, they did not get the response they expected & know that that they are in for a fight. I feel that they have too much going on with Coins, Baseball Cards & now Stamps to want to take on something that so MANY are opposed to. Andy - Las Vegas
