Just to add some additional history...

The Regency was the 2nd of three card club/casinos to go broke at the same location. Bell, CA is a small industrial city in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Before cardroom/casinos spread to a number of locations around LA, the only cardrooms were in Gardena. Then the citizens of Bell passed an ordinance to allow a card club in thier community. The first one -- California Bell Club -- was very popular and profitable...until still other industrial cities passed similar ordinances (Bell Gardens -- the Bicycle Club/Casino; City of Commerce -- the Commerce Club/Casino; later, Inglewood -- Hollywood Park Casino; and others). The Bicycle Club and Commerce Club were next to the freeway system, while the CA Bell Club was not.

Bottom line, California Bell Club closed. Same location later reopened as The Regency, but didn't make it either. Later reopened as the Bell Jackpot Club, and didn't make it for a 3rd time.

Yes, there's a bunch of Regency chips out there, in all denominations, though some are pretty worn. Same for California Bell Club chips. I don't know what happened to the Bell Jackpot Club rack, but it may be out there too.
