In Seymour's book (Revised Edition; 1998) it is on page 234, called "Dragon." It is a relatively common poker chip, made in a number of variations, rarer than the golfer and jockey-on-horse chips, but common all the same.
Sorry. Keep looking for poker chips, though. There are many rare ones.
