Something like that can happen when you have a double sided chip. Greg Counts that as a variety with his riverboat and indian Chips. I'm not sure that really counts in The Chip Rack. What happens is that the inlays are swapped. sometimes the chip will flip over somewhere in the Manufacturing process.
