Gotta agree with Brian. You offer feedback as a defense and then when its viewed, you say its not yours. Why bring it up?
My feeling is that if payment isn't received by an individual within a MAXIMUM of 60 days, and attempts to contact the individual have failed. POST THE NAMES... In the end all will benefit.
