If you are familiar with Oscar Meyer weiners, you know what company to which it refers. They used to have a dwarf actor who drove around in a hot dog shaped vehicle, and purported to be Oscar Meyer.

He would show up at supermarket openings, etc. Actually, I was not really impressed with the guy. He was downright rude to the kids. I have seen the actor in TV and movies many times, but I don't know his name. This is probably more than you wanted to know, anyway.
