Kerry; I know that Mike was being humorous... but the nightly news is telling us that there is a shortage and there is a need to conserve in order to drive the prices down. (I'm not against conservation; but obviously the American public is being told a lie that there is a shortage and that we must tap the oil fields in Alaska)
