Wayne; I've not assigned a grade or value to the chip in question. That's up to the potential buyer and seller. All I've stated is that my estimated price guide quotes in "Black's Catalog" are for chips in excellent condition. I'll leave it up to the viewers to determine if they think the chip illustrated meets that description. I personally don't believe that a numerical grade can be accurately applied to the chip in question.

This is an ongoing problem with comparing ebay prices realized against estimated catalog values. The mere fact that a particular chip brings a particular price on ebay does not make the varous reference guides unreliable in all cases.
