He has also been a new issue customer of mine for 3 years. He has also always paid his bill, I send him chips and he sends payment. I was surrised in February when I didn't get payment for January, but I as you, trusted him. I even sent him another chip in March. I emailed him at least 5 times, but never got a reply. I finally got his phone number from another club member. I spoke to him on April 14th. He told me he was having some problems with work that and would decide what to do in the next week. I offered to take the chips back for a full refund if he could not send a payment in the next week. He agreed to either send the money or chips. On April 28th, when I had still not received the chips or the payment, I phoned him again. He told me he thought he had sent them but that he must have "forgotten" and he would send them the following Monday. It is now May 8th. No chips, no payment and he doesn't answer his phone.

How long will you wait before getting fed up? Has he answered your emails? How about your phone calls? Does he owe you money for chips you have sent him or for chips you are holding for him?
