Two of these chips came along with a larger bunch from the Sundowner Club (an illegal brothel/gambling place) in San Francisco. The "SC" might make one think they're also from the same club. On the other hand the mold is different (the others are HCE). I've never seen the symbol on the reverse. Anyone have any idea what it is?
