I bring my traders - in three ring binders, as my wife reminds me I have WAY too many traders...

With Respect to my collection, I bring both a database printout and color printouts (from scanning and assembling pages - with areas left blank for the chips I'm missing or between denominations. Also I start a next or new casino on a new page - again in an effort to keep the amounted of wasted pages to a minimum.
I find that when there is a "fine" difference between chips - that having the "real" image in hand is the best...

Some people photocopy their chips and put these in the 4 x 5 pages in three ring binders -

Some people use a highlighter to mark in the respective guide book(s) which chips they have...
As you can see there are many ways to organize your collection.

I hope this helps - and I would like to echo the other responses - you will have a great time at the convention - just prepare yourself for "CHIP-OVERLOAD"!!!
