Question on Crest and Seal

Allan Myers states that the USPC made c&s chips from approximately 1907 to 1947. Can any tell me of a USPC c&s that was made either before 1911 or after 1939. The University Club of Birmingham was delivered in 1911 and the O'Dwyers Bros chip was sent in 1939.
