Would it be unheard of to discretely ask my table mates to sell me a few of their colors? What kind of heat would one expect from the dealer/pit boss if this tactic was exposed? After all, in Atlantic City at least, the house would be getting at least $1 for each roulette chip that "disappears".
Am I being naive or could this work??
