Don Lueders is absolutely correct. I recall getting hundreds of dollars worth of them in our Vegas World Vacation packages and also at the promotions booth. After showing photo i.d. and getting a coupon book stamped one could go back a couple of hours later and redeem the coupon for these free play tokens. Of course one rarely won anything with them. It was just a VW gimmick that made you feel like you were a big player with $500 in free $5 tokens .... that didn't pay out.... then you felt like a chump! After the first package Brenda and I purchased, I always opted for the free play chips instead.
