Total charge on $20 would be $.63 if you are using a credit card or $.38 if it comes from monies already in your paypal account. If a seller isn't willing to eat this charge to get your business I wouldn't use them. Don't put a Paypal Logo on your auctions if your going to make the buyer pay for it. They are not the only ones getting the advantage of using a credit card , you receive your payment on the spot save time involved and a trip to the post office. Think this is really putting you out get a merchant account.
