I'd like to see how common it is to start a RR and recieve total crap back in the RR? I just recieve 10 chips from The General in his last RR, he sent them free of charge because he was going to toss them. Now I've never done a RR, mostly because I felt I didn't have the chips I felt were appropriate to replace the chips I was willing to take. Now after seeing these I feel my chips must be worth gold. I cain't believe someone would actually put these chips into a RR. These things are so bad the only use would be to practice your cleaning techniques, which with the 10 chips, I should have a pretty good system down once I'm completed. Then I get to toss them, Thanks Chuck. LOL

But I'm very curious to hear if this is the normal or did Chuck get a potential bad group? I seriously would not blame him for never doing another, I mean what would be the point? Even if there were a 100 chips, 1% is way to much to get back this way. Am I wrong?
