This is a series of jetons and plaques from Elysée
Palace - Vichy. All series from 1898 to the
late-1990s are documented. What's being passed off
to the hobby as being filigree overlay is not known
as being from the Palace or any casino on its
imidiate property prior to or through the 20th
Century.

When you hear "John Benedict said that the filigree
'CEP' pieces are from Elysée Palace," you can refer
them to our magazine's "The Information Booth" by
Michael Knapp, where I said they are not known as
being issued by that casino.
