Propping manual labor pay scales forced into place by the federal government based on union pay scales costs EVERYONE more money in taxes needed to fund federal projects. Let the worker earn what they're worth. If the worker needs someone or something to tell the employer what they're worth other than productivity by that worker, that worker loses their identity, and also loses any incentive to do the best that they can on the job. Right to work? Yes! Pick a job that you can do and get paid for it without subsidizing some guy that has a vacation home who purports to be working for your best interests!
