I bought two boxes of machined chips in the '70's; some were from O
Dwyers and all were from a Frank Walters who I thought at the time was the manufacturer of these kinds of chips--only a distributor as I later found. Among them is a yellow chip that has been overstamped and looks to have the OCH hot stamp on it. I wish I knew more about Walters.
