There was a Walter Fay who ordered chips from Mason in 1934, on a HUB mold. They were shipped to Warren, Ohio. Perhaps just a shot in the dark if anyone in the Warren area is interested in trying.

I asked the seller if he could supply us with a clear scan, as I can't make out the mold, either.
