What they did was "Trespass Warn" him. All NV casinos can trespass warn any customer for any reason. Casino security is a private police force. Metro can come in only when asked by security or they chase someone in.

I imagine it is the same in your town. State police can not come in unless requested by local police.

I am not taking up for the Horseshoe in this case but they had every right to do what they did. I think they will probably reverse it as it looks like a lot of pressure will be brought for the player.
