Re: How Much Do You Pay for Old LEs?

I second johnmass's post of 4/18/01 4:44 p.m. Looking over the 10 LE's that you have posted in two of your auctions I see 3 maybe 4 that I would be interested in. If you could have read my mind and put those chips together I might have bit. However they are split up and would cost me $50 to get them assuming I wasn't bid against. You are better off posting them individually. I would ask if the 1997 Aladdin chip in the Item #1134681049 auction has Kenny Rogers on the back. I would add that any chip that has a celebrity or other significant person or event on it should be photographed from that side. Also include that fact in you description. If there is a fan of a celebrity out there they may do a search for that name and find your listing. For example a Mike Tyson fan might search eBay for his name and pay a lot for one of his chips. I have tried several times for a $10 Tyson Holyfield bite fight chip but can never afford them. You might be able to get cross over buyers by being more complete with your descriptions. NASCAR, Boxing, Sports in general, Major Holidays ie Y2K, New Years, Valentines day etc. are all things that might attract other buyers.

Good Luck
