I agree that a Casino does have the right to set their own release policies. I do however feel that a Casino is WRONG to change a release policy that has been in place for quite a while now & one that dealers & their customers have come to rely on. If the Four Queens does not go back to the old release policy AND they insist on making us all stand in line it proves only ONE thing. They don't give a damn about the dealers & their customers who have supported them in the past. If that is still the case come Convention time I will no longer support the Four Queens & I will encourage other dealers & collectors to do the same. The ball is now in your court Four Queens, try not to drop it again as you did with the Pai Gow chip situation & then the changing of the release policy. Andy - Las Vegas
