I had one on ebay with just a little edge flake & it was only at around $300 I think. Ebay erased me & that is all I recall.
With the Sands rumors it has hurt the value quite a bit. I sold some that only a few to 5 were found a few months ago like a 5,000 Baccarat 13 or 14 th is where it would go. No one knows for sure as the same inlay. One brought around $1,200. I recently sold the $500 you have at $600. (And I hear other dealers say I am so expensive!) Actually am negotiating right now. He thought I said $500. I won't sell that low. You are right that a chip that rare should be $2,000 but not so as these rumors have damaged the Sands 13 th issues on to the last. Now I doubt any early chips would exist. When did they change hands in the 60's or early 70's?
I have a last issue Race & Sports Book $1,000 blue with 2 white, 2 lt. blue & 2 blue inserts. It is oversized so I think that hurts the demand a bit. I have it marked $750. I have seen & or heard of 4 chips. Unlisted. Unless in newest Chip Rack. Your $500 there must be 6 now since it came from Wall. I think nearly for sure that this one he had is the Unique we list. Still a super rare piece & very pretty!
