4 Queens Policy change... Good or Bad??

I just heard that the 4 Queens has discontinued their chip list. Now the chip dealers must wait in line when a chip is released in order to get the chips. If they limit to say 5 chips per person they now have to reapetedly go get back in line to get the needed chips for thier customers.
To me it seems like the Four Queens puts out too many chips to not have this service available to a chip dealer that buys 50 or more of each release. Now they are making it harder for dealers to acquire chips that many of us non-Las Vegas residents rely on to send us.
I'd like to hear what everyone thinks about this subject. The harder the casinos make it to get the chips, the prices these new release services charge could go up. The Four Queens seems to be following in the footsteps of the Tropicana... And I don't collect chips from there!!
