I sent my "friend" the following message:

"Aren't these fantasy or souvenir chips? If so, shouldn't you identify them as
such? There is no Capone's Casino in Vegas."

He replied:

"If you read in the description, it says:

At no point did I ever say that there was a a Capone's Casino, as a matter of
fact, I even mentioned that the Casino never really existed. Also, I never
stated that these are actual gaming chips authorized by the Nevada Gaming
Control Board. I will take your advice under advisement. Thanks."

I guess its alright to sell a used car if you don't say it is a used car.
