It is indeed a Rochester chip issued to John Dicks, 56 Chestnut Street. When I went to check it out, having found a puddle of them in a box of my junk chips, I searched for "JD" and when that didn't show thought it was still unidentified. Of course, I cleverly show it in my inventory as "ID," and that killed the search. Thanks, John.
