Slot card question

Is there standard terminology to refer to the card ATTACHED TO a slot card which dangles outside the machine and reminds the player to take their card when finished playing?

See the attached scan for 2 slot cards that came with these cards -- Club Belle at the Colorado Belle in Laughlin and The Club at Gold Coast in LV -- both obsolete now.

I have referred to them as "reminder cards" but don't know if that is the correct term. Does the Donley book catalog these cards, and if so, what term does she use? (I plan to buy the 2nd edition when it comes out.)

I think I have 1 or 2 other reminder cards, but most casinos didn't have them. They seem to have been replaced by bungee cords, if anything. Does any casino still issue such cards?
