Well, since others seen to know the history of these chips, here is what I know.

They were purchased as Paul-Son blanks. Inlays were added after purchase but with the approval of the cat houses. Cat houses got some and others are being sold.

The cat houses loved them and now Paul-Son is going to be making the chips.

It sounds to me like someone had a good idea and it worked. As far as what someone would pay, they would have to deside for themselves.

I love these little novelty chips. I might pay X. Larry loves them also, he might pay XX.

They are an advertising chip.
