I recently obtained some no cash value chips from Rail City Casino in Sparks that unless I'm missing something don't show up in TCR. I've scanned a picture below. Since all the other Rail City NCVs are "D" chips in TCR, I'm assuming these will be, too. They're for sale at $6 for one or $10 for two, and those prices include shipping.
