I've received several reservations for the Early Bird dinner requesting that individuals be seated together during the banquet. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make seating arrangements for everyone in attendance.

I need to remind everyone that unless an ENTIRE table is purchased and the names of the attendees is provided at the time the table is purchased, seating for the dinner will not be reserved. Reserved tables will be marked and all other seating will be open to individual members who made reservations.

I hope this makes sense and clears up any misconceptions about the seating plans.
