If chip 71 was table 1 on the 7th floor, then chip 11 was table 1 on the first floor. So where was chip 1 used? And chip 10 doesn't exactly follow that logic either.

I thought I heard or read somewhere that these chips were originally made for some other use back east, then found a second life at Harold's. That story contended that the chips floating around in excellent condition were never anywhere near Harold's Club. Anybody else remember the exact story?
