Found this NCV at the Oregon Coast show last week. It's aluminum, and one of the few promo tokens made in the last few years. They used to be all over the place as free-play tokens.

This one is supposed to be one of those falling from the 'infernal machine' at the center of the casino. I had never noticed them, but I guess it was supposed to look like the monstor was minting these 'silver' tokens. It is dated (1995) which I guess was the opening year for Silver Legacy. The design is similar to that on the dollar slot token.

I was told it was scarce as these are not supposed to leave the machine. Have no extras.
