Does anybody know "chipperdean@prodigy.net"? He won two auctions of mine last Sat. and I've emailed him twice since then with no response. I notice he's bid on quite a few other auctions. It seems I've seen his name before but I'm concerned that he doesn't respond to my emails.

Information from anyone having a history with him would be appreciated.
