posted on Slabfree.com. I have had time to follow up on the specific company and have e-mailed them and have yet to receive the info that I requested.

WOW!!! was I surprised to find their advertisement (pictured below) when I was finally able to get a copy of the March 5th issue of Coin World which has the Chip Slabbing Article in it. (My coin dealer just received his last three issues of Coin World at the same time STRANGE! But not the current issue)

Well if this company can do exactly what they claim, then they have a better eye for currently slabbed coins than the graders do.

Or this company is already known by the slabbing company, in that, this company always send's in EXTRA NICE coins to be graded and the slabbing company grades their submissions higher than others.

Or could it be that there is some other type of symbiosis between this company and the slabbing company?

Could it be the slabbing company gives preferential treatment to it's BEST or HIGH USEAGE customers?

Well, with this advertisement it becomes MORE PROOF that these slabbing/grading companies ARE NOT doing a very good job at grading. Even the advertisement states "Look: the grading services are wonderful aids for collectors, but perfect they ain't. They make mistakes and their standards change."

GRADING seems to be the MAIN reason or claim that persons who want slabbing to occur to casino chips/tokens.

Do the pro-slabbers really belive that these slabbing companies can do a better job at grading casino chips/tokens than they've been doing for years with coins?
