If it was Sal DeVito from Bay 24th in Brooklyn I would have recognized him. I lived for several years on 19th Lane in Brooklyn. 19th Lane was between 19th and 20th Avenues. 20th Avenue is the equivalent of Bay 24th!!! There is no Bay 24th. However 20th Ave is between Bay 23rd and Bay 25th.
